PURPOSE:To obtain a cooked food and to provide an apparatus therefor, so designed that a food is stuck with heated plural needles at intervals, the needles are then continuously heated to heat the food from the inside to cut the fibers therein by the needles, thereby making the food easy to chew, taste and coatings therefor easy to intrude into the inside of the food, and the food easy to be eaten. CONSTITUTION:A food is stuck at intervals with plural needles 2 heated by a heating means such as using a sheathed heater, high-frequency electromagnetic induction current or thermal conduction, and heated from the inside while continuing heating the needles 2 stuck therein. |
