PURPOSE:To provide the coating method of fin preventing agent capable of surely and efficiently automatically coating fin preventing agent on the inner surface of mold in the device in which molten copper is poured in mold to cast an anode for copper electrolyzing. CONSTITUTION:By industrial robots 24, 25 of vertical articulated arranged with a brush, before molten copper is poured in mold, silicone oil is automatically coated on the inner wall faces 2a1-2a10 of a mold M in three times. A consumption of silicone oil is 4-10cc per one mold.
