CONSTITUTION:In the water treating device packed with a floating filter medium and having a flow out preventing device of the filter medium at both upper and lower sides of the filter medium layer, upper part washing water dispensing piping 15 is installed at a lower part of an upper part flowing out preventing device 12 or/and dispensing piping 2 of an air for washing or piping 8 of the air for diffusing is installed at an upper part of a lower part flowing out preventing device 10.</p> |
