PURPOSE:To provide a simplified coffee brewing pack capable of easily brewing coffee by forming a discharge port closed with a filter for a bag type vessel formed out of a waterproofing and heat insulation film, charging the vessel with coffee powder and temporarily sealing the mouth of the vessel in flat state. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 5 of flat bag type is formed, using a waterproofing and heat insulation film 2, and discharge ports 6 closed with a filter 3 are formed on the lower section of the vessel 5. Then, the vessel 5 is charged with coffee powder and the mouth 4 thereof is temporarily sealed in flat state, thereby preparing a form for use. When the vessel 5 is used, the lower section thereof is placed on the inner bottom of a cup and, then, the mouth of the vessel 5 is kept near the mouth of the cup in such state as inclined in one direction toward the inside thereof. The vessel 5 is thereby stabilized in the cup. Then, hot water is poured to the vessel 5 via the opened mouth 4 for brewing coffee liquid from the powder therein, thereby filling the cup with the coffee liquid via the filter 3. |
