GRADUAL PITCH INCREASE TYPE TROUGH GROUP MOVING DEVICE IN WATER CULTURE FACILITY

PURPOSE:To provide a method for changing arrangement so as to vary pitches of a great number of troughs having set leaf vegetables according to growth and to increase the pitches little by little in a daily movement. CONSTITUTION:Transporting blocks 4 for moving a trough group 5 having collected troughs 1 at the same pitch are moved by a spacing rod 14 reciprocating at fixed stroke length (s). An interval between a pusher 17P for outward trip fixed to the spacing rod 14 and a pushing face 4P for return trip of the transporting blocks 4 or an interval between a pushing face 4R for outward trip and a pusher 17R for return trip is selected so as to have length obtained by subtracting a trough pitch (p) in the applied trough group 5 from the fixed stroke length (s) in the most separated state. The whole transporting blocks 4 are advanced/retreated and separated from the trough group 5 before or after the advance/retreat to carry out walking movement. At a point of time when each pushing face 4P for outward trip is brought into contact with the pusher for outward trip, the transporting blocks 4 are moved to gradually increase the pitch of the trough.
