PURPOSE:To provide a thermally color-changing nonwoven fabric having excellent productivity and sufficient durability as sheet material and suitable as thermally color-changing sheet material by forming a nonwoven fiber using a heat fusing fiber such as a low fusing-temperature polyester, etc., as a binder, while blending of thermally color-changing fiber is achieved during this process. CONSTITUTION:In this thermally color-changing nonwoven fabric: (A) (i) 5-40 pts.wt. of crimped short fibers of a heat-fusing fiber and (ii) 60-95 pts.wt. of crimped short fibers which does not fuse at the fusing temperature of the fiber (i), are blended, (B) the fiber (ii) is fixed to each other by the thermal fusion of the fiber (i), and (C) at least 10wt.% of the fiber (ii) is thermally color- changing fiber which reversibly changes its color by temperature change. |
