PURPOSE:To prevent the positional deviation and the damage of a skin material by supplying thermoplastic resin of the quantity corresponding to a base material part between the skin material and either female or male mold surface, clamping the skin material and the supplied resin in molds until a cavity clearance becomes a product thickness, and injecting the residual resin in the space of the molds of a sealed state. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 3 is so placed that a foamed sheet is brought into contact with the predetermined cavity surface of a male mold 1. A female mold 2 is moved down. Molten thermoplastic resin 4 of the quantity corresponding to 35wt.% of the supplied thermoplastic resin of 1.3 times as heavy as the quantity corresponding to the resin quantity of the base material part to be bonded with the skin material is supplied between the material 3 and the mold 1 from a resin supply port 5a via a resin passage 6 at the position the cavity clearance between both the male and female molds becomes 30mm. Then, the mold 2 is moved down until the clearance becomes 5mm, and the molds are clamped. Thereafter, the residual molten resin is injected to be charged in the space of the molds of a non bond area from resin supply ports 5b, 5c. |
