PURPOSE:To recover the heat exchanging performance of an interior side heat exchanger early at the time of starting heating operation and effectively eliminate the successive fogging and frosting of a windshield. CONSTITUTION:In the case of DEF mode being set by a blowoff direction setting means 15 after the start of heating operation, if the detected temperature of an interior side heat exchanging temperature sensor 11 is less than the specified value, an air-conditioning control means 16 outputs a signal to a compressor driving device 8 so as to correct the driving frequency of a compressor 2 higher than the set value set by a frequency setting device 7, and also outputs a signal to a blower air quantity control device 17 so as to correct the blast quantity of a blower 10 lower than the set value set by a blower air quantity setting device 14. When the detected temperature becomes the specified value or more, the air-conditioning control means 16 outputs a signal to the blower air quantity control device 17 so as to correct the blast quantity of the blower higher than the set value set by the blower air quantity setting device 14.
