PURPOSE:To prevent the effect of the stretching mistake of a wire line by checking whether a work held by a work holding member is set at the correct prescribed reference angle against the wire line or not with the prescribed procedures, and correcting a drift to correctly set the work. CONSTITUTION:A controller 18 rotates a work holder 12 in one direction via a driving motor 14 and counts the pulses outputted from a pulse generator 22. When one contact hole 16 is brought into contact with the wire 9 of a wire line by the rotation of the work holder 12, a current flows in a detecting circuit 25. When a voltage detector 16 detects it, the controller 18 stops the driving motor 14 and calculates the rotation angle to the stop based on the number of pulses. The work holder 12 is reversed, the same action is taken for the other contact 16, and the rotation angle is calculated. The controller 18 calculates the inclination of a work in the horizontal direction against the wire line based on both rotation angles, it is compared with the horizontal constituent of the reference angle to detect a drift, and the drift is corrected. |
