PURPOSE:To contrive the simplification of the structure of a fixed capacity valve, the easiness of its assembly and manufacture and the maintenance of its satisfactory durability by a method wherein a fixed capacity chamber, the main part of a valve structure, is formed by fastening together a plurality of its body parts into a unitary structure. CONSTITUTION:A fixed capacity chamber, the main part of a valve structure, is formed by fastening together its upper and lower bodies 1 and 2. During this manufacture, a liquid feed pipe supporting body 6 and a lower sealing member 7 are provided below the lower opening part of the fixed capacity chamber. A valve stem 3 and its lifting elastic body 4 are provided in the fixed capacity chamber extending from its upper opening to the inner lower part. The fixed capacity chamber composed of the upper and lower bodies 1 and 2 is fitted and calked into a space defined by the upper part of the subassembly of the valve stem 3 and its lifting elastic body 4 and the rear sides of a short cylindrical projection part 14 of a mounting cap 12. By this assembly method, the structure of a fixed capacity valve is simplified, its assembly and manufacture are made easy and a satisfactory durability is maintained. |
