PACKED FOOD COMPRISING MULUKKIYYA IN CHOPPED AND KNEADED STATE AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To obtain a processed food of mulukkiyya capable of providing the taste of mulukkiyya in a sudden rise in price in the winter. CONSTITUTION:Leaves and stems of mulukkiyya are washed with water and immersed in hot water for 2-3 minutes. The washed mulukkiyya taken out from the hot water is fed to a beating machine 1 and made into a chopped and kneaded state to give beaten mulukkiyya comprising 10-30% of water based on 100 pts.wt. of mulukkiyya. The beaten mulukkiyya is seasoned or is not seasoned and made into a packed food to give the objective packed beaten mulukkiyya food.
