PURPOSE:To provide a control device which reduces discharge rates of HC and NOx under, a cold time of a four-cycle engine which has an intake port opened/closed by an intake valve and a fuel valve. CONSTITUTION:Combusted gas circulation valves 32a, 32b which are minutely opened in an initial period of an exhaust process under colt time are provided for circulating the combusted gas to intake parts 5a, 5b. The combusted gas circulation valve serves as an intake valve 31.
