摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a blood pressure measuring device capable of measuring blood pressure with high accuracy without applying load to an examinee by measuring the parameter related to the correlation between the pulse wave propagation time and blood pressure of an examinee and using the parameter to obtain the accurate correlation between the pulse wave propagation time and blood pressure of the examinee. CONSTITUTION:After calibration for obtaining the correlation between a pulse wave propagation time and blood pressure is performed by a master machine and a daughter machine 20, a pulse wave propagation time is measured on the basis of the time lag between the waveform detected by electrocardiac electrodes 1, 2 in the daughter machine 2 to be taken in a CPU 11 and the waveform detected by a digital photoelectric pulse wave sensor 7 to be taken in the CPU 11 and adapted to the pulse wave propagation time/blood pressure characteristic obtained by the calibration to calculate the blood pressure value of an examinee. Continuously, the blood pressure value is displayed on a display part 12. By this constitution, it is unnecessary to fluctuate blood pressure by load motion and blood pressure can be measured extremely simply without applying load to an examinee.</p>
