<p>PURPOSE:To easily and effectively identify the truth or false of the residual call counts of an IC card visually by providing an identification layer displayed with different color from the color of the surface of a card base material to identify a through hole. CONSTITUTION:An identification layer 16 for identifying a through hole 15 to be displayed with a different color from the color of the surface of a card base material of a character, graphic, symbol or pattern or coupling of them is provided on an area including an area to be superposed with a used call count hole forming 1 part in a thickness direction at least on the front or rear surface of the material 1. The layer 16 is identified to easily identify the hole, thereby easily discriminating between tune and false of the IC card.</p> |
