PURPOSE:To obtain a lining substrate for carpets having less curl like bending even after rerolling from the rolled state, and capable of easily performing a laminating operation to a carpet. CONSTITUTION:This lining substrate B comprises providing many unevenness on the one surface of an ethylene-based foamed resin sheet 5 having independent cells and a fibrous sheet 6 impregnated with an insecticide in a state of intersecting in the halfway up the protruded part, and is produced by putting and laminating the fibrous sheet 2 impregnated with the insecticide between the two sheets of the ethylene-base foamed resin sheets 1, 1, pressing the formed laminated sheet A by two roll-shaped pressing dies 8, 8 having many projecting pieces 81 from both sides so as to arrange the projecting pieces 81 of the both dies alternately, and cutting in the middle of the formed laminated sheet A in a state of unevenness caused by pressing alternately, by a rotary cutting blade 4 into a plane state. The fibrous sheet is impregnated with 0.5-1.5mg/m<2> insecticide and preferably a kraft paper laminated with ethylene-based resin films on both sides to improve heat bonding properties with the foamed sheet. |
