摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the adverse affect of the air bubble remaining in an FRP layer on a gel coat layer at the time of the laminate molding of an FRP molding and to omit air venting work in the FRP layer. CONSTITUTION:In a laminate molding method of an FRP molding 10 molding a gel coat layer by a hand lay-up or spray-up technique and laminating an FRP layer 16 containing a glass fiber as a reinforcing material on the outside of the gel coat layer to mold the same, a puttylike material prepared by adding a powder to a resin is applied to the outside of the gel coat layer 12 to mold a barrier layer and the FRP layer 16 is laminated to the outside of the barrier layer 14 to be molded.
