PRODUCTION OF INTERIOR PART FOR CAR

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce an interior part for a car generating no trouble even when the abolishment and development ratios of the needle hole processing of a skin material are set high while enabling the simultaneous molding of a core material and the skin material. CONSTITUTION:A material having air permeability like a wooden fiberboard compounded with a thermoplastic resin is used as a material of a core material 11 and the wooden fiberboard and a thermoplastic resin sheet being the material of the skin material are subjected to simultaneous molding by together using vacuum molding and cold press molding to mold the core material 11 and the skin material 12 into a desired curved shape.
