PURPOSE:To feed ink in a good manner with little effect of pressure fluctuation of ink generated by the periodical jetting at an ink jet head in an ink tank storing the ink to be fed to the ink jet head. CONSTITUTION:Five ribs 15 are formed at the given pitch on one side face of an ink cartridge 1. The natural frequency of the ink cartridge 1 can be varied and the amplitude of the vibration can be formed smaller and the attenuation time can be shortened by the arrangement, and as a result, good ink feeding can be carried out without the effect of pressure vibration of ink generated by periodical jetting at an ink jet head.
