METHOD FOR CLEANING INLET LOUVER OF REACTING TOWER

PURPOSE:To obtain a method for improving durability of a reaction tower and cleaning of an inlet louver of the reaction tower wherein there exists no such a possibility that movement of the catalyst becomes worse by scattering a treating agent on the upstream side from a gas to be treated and making the catalyst fall down along the outer face of the inlet louver and collide with the inlet louver. CONSTITUTION:A gas to be treated flows in the direction A and passes through between each gap of plates 31 and is fed into a moving layer 10 and dust sticks on inlet louvers 10a. Then, a catalyst in the moving layer 10 is made to flow out. A flow adjusting plate 38 for receiving once the flowed-out catalyst is arranged below the apex of a guide piece 35 and the flow adjusting plate 38 is extended in the obliquely downward direction being apart from the fluidized layer 10 to guide the catalyst and to adjust the flow and to make the catalyst fall down on a reflector 39 and the catalyst fed from the flow adjusting plate 38 is turned reversely and the catalyst is scattered along the upper end 31a on each plate 31. Therefore, the scattered catalyst collides with the upper end 31a while it falls down along the outer face of the inlet louver 10a to prevent the plates 31 from being sticked with the dust and the sticked dust can be peeled off and dropped down.
