PURPOSE:To compress and thermally dry mixture without making building lofter than ever by a method wherein stock mixture is turned into band-like body by being sent to heated rolls and further to an upper and a lower hot plates vibrated with a vibrating device by means of belts so as to move the resultant bank-like body to its feeding direction in order to be cooled down to the specified temperature by means of a pair of or an upper and a lower cooling plates. CONSTITUTION:Stock mixture 8A dropped in the inlet part 34 of a former is cut and split with knife-like impellers 37 fixed to an impeller shaft. Cut and split mixture 8A is sent between heated rolls 42A and 42B by means of belts B1 and B2, which are running at a certain speed at all times to the feeding direction of the mixture and further between an upper and a lower hot plates C1 and C2, in the interior of a pipe running in a zigzag direction arranged between which hot oil is circulated in order to heat the hot plates and which are changed over repeatedly between the compressed state and the opened state of the hot plates with a vibrating device. Thus, the mixture 8A is turned into band-like body by being continuously charge under heat and pressure and, at the same time, by being moved to the feeding direction by means of a pair of the belts B1 and B2, cooled down to less than 100 deg.C with a pair of cooling plates D1 and D2. |
