PURPOSE:To improve a rate of actual operation by analyzing an operation condition of production equipment based on various main causes. CONSTITUTION:A work time relating to each work condition in a machining station is counted by a CPU24 and stored in a work time data memory part 32, also to calculate a rate of operation in a machining center from a machining time data by the machining center in the machining station and from an operable time data stored in an operable time data memory part 30, and from these data of work time and operation rate, an operation condition of the machining center can be analyzed. |
