PURPOSE:To obtain the subject mixture having increased ratios of characteristic components, drinkable as an extract in a liquid state, being taken in a powdery state, contributing to maintenance and promotion of health by drying and grinding a Chinese vegetable. CONSTITUTION:A Chinese vegetable as a raw material is at least dried and ground to give a food mixture having increased ratios of characteristic components contained in the volume. The mixture is immersed preferably in warm water to give the objective extract comprising the extracted characteristic components. |
