PURPOSE:To enhance a molding cycle by preventing the deformation of the thick-walled part such as the neck part or the like of a bottle in a direct blow method at the time of mold release. CONSTITUTION:In a hollow molding machine molding a hollow molded product such as a bottle having an undercut part provided to the bottom part thereof by a direct blow method, the bottom molds 16, 17 of the under cut parts provided to the bottom parts of molds 12, 13 are split into two parts in the same way as a cavity part 11 to be suspended from the molds 11, 13 in a liftable manner and the bottom molds 16, 17 form cutting parts 24, 25 cutting a parison along a parting line P and a burr receiving part 27 and the trimming lever 28 advancing and retreating with respect to the interior of the burr receiving part 27 is provided in a liftable manner and the bottom molds 16, 17 are lowered by the quantity escaping the undercut part at a predetermined stroke at the time of mold release. |
