PURPOSE:To produce a resin molded product prevented from the mixing with an air bubble without damaging a prepreg sheet. CONSTITUTION:Rib-shaped grooves 5 are formed to the molding surface of a mold on the side forming the rear surface reverse to the finish surface of a molded object over the total length and width thereof and the air present in a resin molding material and the gap between the resin molding material 2 and a prepreg sheet 4 at the time of pressure molding is discharged to the outside from the central part of the mold along the molding surface of the mold and finally left air is discharged out of the mold along the rib-shaped grooves to prevent the mixing of an air bubble with the interior of the molded object.
