<p>PURPOSE:To promote the formation of FeS functions as a crystal nucleus-forming agent to cause crystallization, thus obtain crystallized product by heat-fusing the things to be fused such as incineration ash in a plasma melting furnace while controlling the gas-phase oxygen in the furnace concentration to be a suitable oxidation atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:The ash components in the waste product or an incineration ash of the waste product containing Fe, S and C and mainly comprising SiO2, CaO and Al2O3 are charged in a plasma type fusing furnace as material to be fused and heat-fused with plasma arc while controlling the oxygen concentration to be in 1-20% in the gas phase to generate a crystallization nucleus-forming agent and crystallize the fused product. The plasma fusing furnace is covered with a refractory material 2 inside the main body 1, the incineration ash or the like is fed from the hopper 4 through the feeding unit 5 to the feed inlet 3. The anode plasma torch 6 and the cathode plasma torch 7 are provided, plasma gas, electric power and cooling water are fed from the gas feeder 8, the electric source unit 9 and the water circulator 10, respectively. The exhaustion gas from the outlet 11 is treated in the exhaustion gas treatment unit 12.</p> |
