<p>PURPOSE:To remove and clean carbide heated by lubrication by the a sliding part of a fuel injection pump by connecting a hydraulic outlet of an air pressure drive high pressure intensifying pump to a sliding part of the plunger of the fuel injection pump for an engine and an hydraulic inlet of the air pressure drive high pressure intensifying pump to a separated oil tank respectively. CONSTITUTION:An air pressure drive high pressure intensifying pump 16 is connected to a compression air valve 53 via its air supply port 51 and a switch valve 52. A hydraulic outlet 17 is connected to a cylinder 54 to which a plunger 25 of a fuel injection pump 9 slides, via an oil feeding pipe 55. A hydraulic inlet 18 of the air pressure drive high pressure intensifying pump 16 is connected to a separated oil tank 19 via the intake plunger. In driving the engine 1, high- pressure oil O is supplied from its hydraulic outlet 17 to the sliding part between the plunger 25 of the fuel injection pump 9 and the cylindrical body 54 by the air pressure drive high pressure intensifying pump 16 so that carbide heated by lubrication can be removed and cleaned, and inhibition of sliding motion is eliminated in the sliding part of the plunger 25 of the fuel pump 9.</p> |
