<p>PURPOSE:To use effectively methane gas produced by digestion-processing an organic waste generating at a food processing factory and sewage treatment facilities, and at the same time, increase the thermal efficiency of entire treatment facilities. CONSTITUTION:A BIMA digestion tank 4 digests an organic waste internally to produce methane gas and a residual product. A gas recovery system 14 recovers the methane gas from the interior of the digestion tank 4 and supplies it to a hot water boiler 40. The hot water boiler 40 produces hot water by burning the methane gas and supplies the hot water to a heat accumulation tank 19. The heat accumulation tank 19 accumulates heat by the supplied hot water. In addition, a first heat exchanger 42 is provided between the heat accumulation tank 19 and the digestion tank 4. Further, a hot water circulation system 44 and a waste circulation system 46 are interposed each between the heat exchanger 42 and the heat accumulation tank 19, and between the heat exchanger 42 and the digestion tank 4. The first heat exchanger 42 heats the organic waste of the waste circulation system 46 using heat accumulated in the heat accumulation tank 19 by the hot water of the hot water circulation system 44.</p> |
