PURPOSE:To obtain a weather-resistant compsn. which gives a vinyl chloride resin roofing sheet with a long-stable flexibility and a sheet or film with a remarkably improved durability. CONSTITUTION:This compsn. contains plasticizer-contg. inorg. porous microcapsules in an amt. of 30 pts.wt. or lower. based on 100 pts.wt. resin. The microcapasule has an average particle size of 10mum or lower, contains a plasticizer in an amt. of 20wt.% or higher of the total amt. of plasticizers contained in the compsn., and has a wt. ratio of the plasticizer contained in the microcapsules to the shells of the microcapsules of (1:1)-(8:1).
