PURPOSE:To prevent the cotyledon of rootstock cut off by a cutter from falling in a leaning tank. CONSTITUTION:A tank 19a for cleaning cutting blade 19b is arranged below a cutter 19 for cutting the rootstock and a guide plate 19b with an inclination so that cut waste of seedlings to be grafted may be guided into the dust chute 20 is set above a cleaning tank 19a inside the track of the blade 19d. Thus, the cotyledon cut off with the cutter 19 is guided by the guiding plate 19b and can be prevented from falling in the cleaning tank 19a. Moreover, the guiding plate 19b prevents the hand of a worker from putting into the rotation track of the blade 19d whereby the safety is improved. |
