PURPOSE:To make inconspicuous the adherence of marine creatures on steel materials and maintain their beauty for a long period of time by providing a black colored corrosion proofing layer on the surface of overall length of the steel materials in which surface preparation is applied, and laminating a colored coating film on part over a tidal zone. CONSTITUTION:A corrosion proofing layer of a black colored urethane elastomer layer 3 is laminated on a primer coating 2 of the surface of overall length of steel materials such as steel pipe pile, steel sheet pile, steel pipe sheet pile, deformed steel sheet pile, continuous wall steel sheet pile and H-shaped steel to which surface preparation is applied. In addition, a color coated film 4 formed of any one of color paints of urethane elastomer containing colored pigment, fluororesin, acrylic urethane and acrylic silicone is laminated on part over a tidal zone of the steel materials 1. Accordingly, tidal zone part is covered with the black colored corrosion-proofing layer 3 so that it is inconspicuous even if marine creatures are adhered to the steel materials, and excellent beauty can be maintained for a long period of time, because the part over the tidal zone is covered with the colored layer 4 having a good appearance. |
