PURPOSE:To provide a method for continuously producing the kneading water such as salt water or brackish water in correspondence to the use amount of the water. CONSTITUTION:The characteristics of the device for continuously producing the kneading water for the production of noodles comprise installing a stirrer, a definite volume feeder 7 for submaterials such as salt, a water-supplying device, and a definite volume solution delively apparatus 10 for delivering a solution to a site for using the solution to a dissolving tank 1 for the kneading water, and further attaching a controller for the submaterials, the supplying device, the water-supplying device, and the solution delivery device to the tank. The device for continuously producing the kneading water for the production of the noodles is produced by disposing a stirred flow-generating device, the definite volume delivery pump 7 for the submaterials such as the salt, the water-supplying device and the controller for the devices on a tank for mixing the materials with water for the kneading water, connectively disposing the dissolving tank, and further disposing a stirred flow-generating device and a definite volume delivery pump-having solution delivery pipe on the dissolving tank. |
