PURPOSE:To provide a wrist holder and wrist holder glove with which such a motion of the hand as bending the back of the hand outside with the joint of the wrist as the center is suppressed, and a swing to strongly hit a ball with stable directivity is performed or fatigue at the time of work is reduced. CONSTITUTION:In the state of mounting a band part 11 on the wrist H1, this band part 11 and a palm side mounting member 13 surrounding the outer periphery from the palm to the back of a hand H are connected by a pulling member 12, and at least a part of the part (the rear side of the wrist part) in contact with the wrist H1 at the band part 11 is formed by the slip-stopping member of a large friction with the wrist H1 or an adhering member adhered with the wrist. Thus, even when the pulling member 12 is pulled by performing the motion to bend the back of the hand outside, the band part 11 is not shifted from the wrist Hq but the motion to bend the back of the hand outside an be strongly regulated. |
