PURPOSE:To preserve a flavor, taste and color particular to sea-urchin eggs for a long time by receiving the seasoned sea-urchin eggs or the like inside a substantially non-permeable container body and also sealing an opening of the container body with a lid including a lid packing having free-oxygen absorbing function. CONSTITUTION:A preserving container 1 for seasoned sea-urchin eggs or the like is constituted such that seasoned sea-urchin eggs 5 or the like are received inside a substantially non-permeable container body 4, and an opening of the container body 4 is sealed by a lid 3 including a lid packing 2 having oxygen absorbing function. The lid packing 2 is constituted by placing sheet-like free- oxygen absorber 23 on a substantially non-permeable plastic film 22 laminated on and adhered to a sheet-like packing material 21, coating it with a permeable sheet 24 smaller than a diameter of a mouth of the container, and also thermally adhering the permeable sheet 24 to a plastic film 25 outside a periphery of the sheet-like free-oxygen absorber 23. Thus especially a flavor, taste and color particular to the sea-urchin eggs can be preserved well for a long time. |
