PURPOSE:To provide a processing apparatus for perishable foods capable of excellently keeping freshness of food without deteriorating working environment. CONSTITUTION:This processing apparatus for perishable foods is composed of a casing 1 having an inlet port 11 and an outlet port 12 each for raw material, a half product or a processed product, one or more than one food processing stations placed inside the casing 1, a transferring mechanism 3 for transferring food from the inlet port 11 to the outlet port 12 through the one or more than one food processing stations and a cooling apparatus 4 for cooling the inside of the casing 1. |
