PURPOSE:To attain multiple address communication of a multiple address text to all the destinations of a center by storing a table with >=1 transfer route set thereto in advance, collating the destination and sender information designated by a mark sheet with the table so as to select a transfer route thereby transferring the text and facilitating the management. CONSTITUTION:The multiple address text is stored in a text memory 12. On the other hand, the content of a mark sheet 30 is read by a mark sheet decoding section 13 and the result 31 of the decoding is stored once in a management information memory 16. A control section 14 reads a table T from the transfer information memory 15 and the result 31 of decoding from the management information memory 16 to select a table, e.g., T 11 adapted to the result 31 of decoding. A center S1 extracts the multiple address text from a text memory 12 based on the table T11 and sends it to centers S2, S3 together with the content of the mark sheet 30. Thus, the result of relay transfer destination of the centers S2, S3 from the center S1 and of no relay transfer destination from the centers S2, S3 is obtained and multiple address communication is applied properly without sending back the multiple address text to the center of the sender. |
