PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of measurement and to automate the measurement by stopping the other detector when a detector advances into a previously stored collision region. CONSTITUTION:The information on the collision region is previously stored in a means 8 for preventing collision and the information on the positions of the X-ray detectors 3, 13 is inputted successively from controllers 6, 16. Storage information and position information are compared with the means 8. The position of the other detector is checked by the means 8 when either of the detectors is judged to intrude into the collision region. The operation is held intact unless this detector enters the region. An operation inhibit signal is applied to the controller 6 or 16 of the X-ray detector which intrudes the region later if the above-mentioned detector already enters the region. The efficiency of the measurement is thereby improved and the measurement is automated. |
