<p>PURPOSE:To improve convenience property by finding the direction of the longest side of a framed data, arranging character-string data along the direction of the longest side, and determining suitably a character size in accordance with the size of the surrounding frame data in the most longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:House frame data F becomes a framed data by connecting each side a1 - a4. In such a state, the longest side a1 and its inclination angle thetaare derived, and subsequently, from its inclination angle theta, the row direction of character-string data, that is, the row direction of one of vertical writing or lateral writing is determined. On the other hand, from a middle point A1 of the longest side a1, a perpendicular line b1 is drawn into the house frame data F, a parallel line b2 to the longest side a1, passing through a middle point A2 of its perpendicular line b1 is drawn, and a middle point of this parallel line b2 becomes a center point C of a character frame. Next, in accordance with a size of the house frame data F, the character size is determined suitably, and the whole of the character-string data is allowed to conform optimally with the inside of the house frame data F. In such a way, the instructing opera tion for inserting the character-string data can be simplified, and the convenience property is improved.</p> |
