Novel combination product comprising an association of, firstly, an anti-fungal agent selected from the 1-hydroxy-2-pyridones such as ciclopirox or octopirox and the physiological acceptable salts thereof and, secondly, crotamiton as an antifungal agent activity enchancer. The present invention also concerns a dermatological or cosmetic composition comprising this combination product and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
