The detector includes a ultrasound emitter (1), a ultrasound sensor (2) and an IR sensor 93). The two sensors and the emitter are supplied from a car battery. The sensors are connected , via a switch in the gear lever (4), to a digital display (5) on the car dashboard. The display includes an alarm or a voice synthesiser and a microprocessor with a memory unit. The car can be equipped with up to four sensors placed at different angles and being activated simultaneously or separately. |
