The system which enables food transportation and its consumption whilst standing consists of a plate (1) supporting food containers (3). In its lower face is a handle (2), near to the centre of gravity, for holding it and which can be raised. In the plate lower face are ribs which allow stacking of several plates. In the upper face of the plate are from one to nine containers for drinks (5) and food fixed onto the plate by lugs (4). There are anchoring holes (6) for holding knives, forks and spoons and napkins (7). On the side faces are supports for advertising.
