An infinitely variable transmission for a bicycle includes a pair of pedals (1, 36) fixed with a shaft (3), a belt (62), a tensioner (64) and a sprocket system with a planet train and an automatic adjuster for setting a constant force connected with indexing-flange and driving-flange and rotated synchronously or relatively with the sprocket system under a pre-setting torque, to adjust automatically the ratio of the transmission characterized in that the sprocket system composed of one indexing-flange (37, 29) and one driving-flange (14, 28) at least; the planet train is composed of at least three one-way clutches which are supported at the sprocket system by rolls (21, 42, 46, 40), and at least three guide slots are formed respectively on the flanges and extend outwardly and tiltedly relatively to the radial. |
