<p>A container is molded to a box type structure out of an elastic material, such as polyethylene terephthalate, and this container is provided at an upper edge portion thereof with a locking projection, a guide projection, a guide recess and a locking recess, and in an inner surface thereof with a downwardly bulging portion for setting and storing a semiconductor crystal therein, the container being further provided with a vertical portion standing up higher than an outer circumference of an arcuate surface of the crystal storage bulging portion. A semiconductor crystal is placed in one of two such containers, and the other is put on the resultant container so that the guide projections and guide recesses and locking projections and locking recesses are engaged with each other. Consequently, the semiconductor crystal is housed under pressure in the container unit owing to the elastic force of the crystal storage bulging portions.</p> |
