<p>A method of removing the surface stickiness of a relief printing plate made from a liquid photosensitive resin either by coating the sticky surface with an aqueous or alcoholic solution of a compound represented by the general formula (1): R1-X(wherein X represents a hydroxyl, carboxyl, carboxamide or alkali metal carboxylate group; and R1 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group CnH2n+1 or CnH2n-1, n being an integer of 11 or above) or by dipping the sticky surface in the above solution. The method permits the production of a relief printing plate from a liquid photosensitive resin without detriment to the image quality and the removal of the surface stickiness immediately after drying.</p> |
