A pull tab assembly (10) for slide fastener slider is disclosed, which comprises a clamper (11) having at one of its ends a hook (20), a resilient member (27) supported in the hook (20) and a pull tab (12) having a pair of ears (33, 33) which each have such a geometry that can facilitate mounting and dismounting of the pull tab (12) with respect to the clamper (11) and further protect the resilient member (27) against deformation or damage.
