This invention creates a new bitter kind of brandy composition that consists of sweet-flag root-stock, sugar, alcohol-water mix and additionally introduced soda, citric acid, overground part of tarragon, overground part of hyssop, not opened clove buds, ginger root-stock, overground part of common wormwood maintaining the following bitter kind of brandy ingredient ratio, kg/1,000 decalitres: soda 0.8-1.2, citric acid 0.25-0.35, sweet-flag root-stock 0.035-0.065, overground part of tarragon 0.15-0.29, overground part of hyssop 0.06-0.1, not opened clove buds 0.055-0.075, ginger root-stock 0.43-0.57, overground part of common wormwood 0.007-0.009, sugar 8.0-12.0, alcohol-water mix - remaining amount up to 1,000 decalitres.
