The tube (2) has a liq. and gas non-porous outer layer (3), and a calibration tube (4) made of a thin but strong material, as an outer sleeve. The front end of the tube arrangement (19) can be fixed to the inversion device after it has been turned over. The calibration tube extends over the end of the lining tube by a predetermined amount (a) and its end (5) is closed. The calibration tube consists of a coated polyester material.
