The arrangement has a transparent carrier plate (10) made of acrylic glass or a similar material, and a rear reflective layer. The anti-reflection layer (12) is located between the carrier plate and the reflective layer (14), and is pref. microscopically uneven. A coloured region (16) is pref. located on the anti-reflective layer.
