<p>PURPOSE:To reduce labor of an embryo implanting work to an embryo receiving female animal and to simplify implanting operation by a method wherein after an implanting tool is inserted into an uterus, an inner core part is pulled out and a straw is filled from the rear of the implanting tool and a cotton plug in the straw is pushed out by means of an inner core to pour the embryo into the uterus. CONSTITUTION:An implanting tool (n) covered with a sheath tube 12 put in a cover 13 of the sheath tube is inserted in the vagina and the apex of the implanting tool (n) is guided to the outer opening part (o) of the uterus and the implanting tool (n) with the cover 13 of the sheath tube is passed through the cervical duct of the uterus from the outer opening part of the uterus and it is furthermore pushed forward to reach the corner part of the uterus and the implanting tool (n) with the cover 13 of the sheath tube is guided to the corner of the uterus from the uterus body. Then, the apex part of the implanting tool (n) covered with the sheath pipe 12 is pulled out of the cover 13 of the sheath tube and after the implanting tool (n) is furthermore guided into the deep part, an inner core 9 of the implanting tool (n) is pulled out and the fertirized ovum-contg. straw is filled in the implanting tool (n) by means of an inner core 9. Then, a cotton plug in the straw is pushed out by means of the inner core 9 to pour the embryo into the uterus.</p> |
