The apparatus and sysem relates to the production of shelled hard-boiled eggs. Raw eggs are dropped onto a feed conveyor for delivery to a boiler. The raw eggs are dropped from a preset height to crack but not break the egg shells. After hard-boiling the eggs in the boiler, the hard-boiled eggs are rapidly cooled and then stripped of their shells in a shelling apparatus prior to packing. |
