The system for measuring pollution in central station and distributing data to each site, includes a number of air(1-1N) and water(4-4N) pollution detectors placed on each site to measure, analyze, and transmit the pollution state, a number of air(2-2N) and water(5-5N) pollution data separators providing data when the detected data is greater than preset value or every preset time, a data collector(3) receiving data from separators in parallel and transmitting them in series, a data discriminator(6) discriminating the data origin, and a central station(7) collecting the distributed data and providing abnormal state to corresponding site.
